After purchasing on our online store, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. once the order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery Time

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or sales events.

Canada: 3 to 7 business days except for pre-orders.
We do not ship internationally at the moment. 

Shipping Fees

Baby Playmats: $25 cad flat rate in Canada only, unless there's an ongoing promotion.

Cancellation Policy

If you changed your mind or forgot to add something, don't worry. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to answer and accommodate your request.

Return Policy

You have a period of 30 days following the delivery date of your package to contact us to request a return authorization. Returns are authorized only when the original box has not been opened. The product will be refunded within 7-10 business days once we receive the package in the original box, i.e. in new condition. All returns incur a return shipping and restocking fee may be deducted from your total order amount (certain exceptions apply).

Opened boxes will not be accepted - Used items cannot be returned to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Important: Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Do not send items directly to our warehouse as they don't handle returns, and your package may be lost.

Defective or Damaged Product

You have a period of 14 days following the delivery date of your package to report a damaged or defective part or product. It is therefore important to inspect your product(s) promptly upon receipt.

Depending on the nature of the damage or defect, we will propose one of the following solutions:

  1. Replacement part(s)
  2. Replacement of the product
