The mat is water-resistant but not fully waterproof like vinyl. Please wipe up any spills (pee, poo, milk) quickly and check the bottom regularly. Prolonged moisture can damage the surface and foam, and may lead to mold.

The mat's outer surface is food-grade and safe for your baby to lick or suck.

Fold the mat slightly and wipe the mat with a damp cloth or wet wipes.

The cover is not machine washable.

Placing medium to heavy items will likely leave a permanent dent.

Store the mat in a cool and shady place without direct sunlight. Make sure the mat has enough space from other objects so it’s not squeezed.

Using a vacuum or steam cleaner is not recommended. For regular cleaning, use a damp cloth with mild soap to keep your mat in great condition.

The mat is stain-resistant from most everyday usage. But stains caused by crayon, marker or pen might result in a permanent stain. Also, when the mat comes in direct contact with some colorful objects for prolonged periods, it could cause permanent color transfer.

Strong cleaner including nail remover, alcohol, makeup remover or wax could cause damage to the cover.

The inner foam can bend during storage and shipping. To fix it, gently bend the mat in the opposite direction. This should help it return to its normal shape.

Our playmats are hand-assembled, which might cause slight gaps initially. Within 1-2 months, the panels will settle, and the mat will lie flat.

Over time, normal wear and tear or placing heavy objects on the mat can cause some foam compression. Using certain parts continuously might also result in partial flattening. Distributing weight evenly helps maintain its shape.

Gently wipe the mat with a damp cloth (water or water/vinegar mix) and dry it before use. Stand the mat upright and unzip it for a few hours monthly to air it out and maintain its condition.
